This report was conducted in the context of Eurisy’s support to the Northern Ireland Space Enabled Region Pathfinder Project under the UK Space Agency’s Unlocking Space for Government programme.

The analysis examines how public-sector stakeholder engagement supports the uptake of satellite-based services across Europe, drawing on a literature review, interviews with several European institutions, and case studies of public authorities using satellite applications in practice.
