By car

The Ghent Circulation Plan has been in effect since the 3rd of April 2017 and this has some consequences on the accessibility of the city Centre.

Digital route planners such as Google maps, Apple maps and Waze take the mobility plan into account. However, it is not possible to park your car directly at the City Hall. Several underground parking spaces are within walking distance from the E-building. The nearest underground car park is: Gent Zuid (P3).

When entering the city of Ghent from the highway, you will see signs with the names of all the parking-lots. Follow the directions shown on these signs. When using your GPS, just fill in the name of the parking-lot as shown above.
